Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Handsay uses the United States Postal Service to ship all orders. Once we receive your order, we ship it as soon as possible, usually within one to two business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Handsay products are available for purchase by customers outside of the United States. However, in order to track your package Note that the only way to track international shipments is to pay for Priority International Shipping.
Note: If you are an international customer and your order has not come through after an extended period of time, please check with your local customs office. Most often, your package will be there waiting to be picked up.
INVENTORY
I do my best to keep the Handsay inventory up to date, but from time to time I do run out of certain products. It is very rare, but if you somehow order a product that is out of stock I will notify you.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. Once the shirt is received and assessed as being in good condition I will invoke a refund minus the fee. The refund will not cover any shipping costs involved with the transaction. Equal exchanges have no fee, but must include return postage from Seventh.Ink to you. We will handle this transaction before any return is processed.
Please contact Handsay if you want to return or exchange your order. I will only accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of reciept, and only if you email me first to get approval. Returns/exchanges must be in perfect condition and have the original tags in place, otherwise they will not be accepted.
If your shirt has a manufacturing error you will be refunded an amount to cover the cost of USPS First Class shipping back to Handsay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped (you will be notified via email when your order has shipped), you can let me know by using the contact form and I will refund your payment and cancel your order.
