Return / Exchange Policy
Shirts that have not been worn or washed can be returned for a 10% restocking fee, if postmarked within 21 days of receipt. When we have received the returned shirt and if it is in new condition, we will process a refund (this does not include shipping cost) minus the restocking fee. Although we do not charge a fee for an equal exchange, the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
No returns or exchanges on custom orders (pre-orders) once the shirts are out of pre-order status.
Please contact Handsay if you want to return or exchange your order, as the return must first be approved.
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order before it has been shipped (you will be notified via email when your order has shipped), please contact us so that we can cancel your order and issue a refund.
Although we update our inventory regularly, occasionally we will have an item out-of-stock. If this happens after you have purchased it, we will notify you via email with your options.
Handsay uses the United States Postal Service to ship all orders. Once we receive your order, we ship it as soon as possible, usually within one to two business days. Handsay is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
Handsay products are available for purchase by customers outside of the United States.
